It is well recognised that managing energy and not time, is the key to a maximising our results, happiness and well-being. The aim of this programme is to empower participants to balance and synergise the four quadrants of energy (Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual) while working together as a team.

Many people think that emotional energy is just something you’re born with, and so there is nothing you could do to enhance it, but research has shown us that it is possible to enhance positive emotions just as one would build physical power.

People have a level of fitness because they do things to get fitter. Well, in the same way, there are specific things that can be done to enhance emotional energy. Great leaders and managers know how important it is to manage negative feelings during crucial times in sport or business. Frustration, anger, or fear are toxic and can bring performance down. Trying too hard and pushing to the limits for too long, without proper energy management, all too often have a negative impact on performances and wellness.

This programme begins by exploring what emotional energy is with a practical demonstration. After that participants get an opportunity to examine their own emotional energy with a focus on the trigger s that affect their own levels of energy. They then move on to learning some brilliant, simple and effective exercises that will teach them how to stay in the moment while managing emotional energy in any situation.

This programme consists of 4 workshops and is designed to be informative, with a large emphasis on practical exercises to teach skills and tools in a fun and interactive way .


Workshop 1 – Understanding and Assessing Personal Energy

In this first workshop the Managing Energy for Peak Performance Program is introduced and a current level of individual energy is assessed. By the end of the workshop participants will have a greater understanding of emotional energy and the emotional energy zones.

Workshop 2 – Nutrition to fuel the body and mind for maximum energy

The goal of this workshop is to establish an easy to follow energy rich nutritional routine that participants can easily fit into their lives.

This workshop focuses on meals designed to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Improve mental clarity
  • Give consistent energy
  • Boost the immune system


Workshop 3 – Exercising for Increased Energy

Contrary to popular belief, exercising doesn’t make you tired. It literally creates energy in your body. Your body rises up to meet the challenge for more energy by becoming stronger. In this workshop, we examine what is the best type of exercise to create more energy and how it can be introduced into life for even the busiest individuals.

Workshop 4 – Mindfulness and Relaxation Training

Relaxation exercises encourage the body to release chemicals and brain signals that make muscles and organs slow down and increase blood flow to the brain. In this workshop participants will take a journey of discovery through the world of relaxation techniques.

  • A guided imagery session, which is recorded and sent to each participant
