Winter Training Course for Cyclists

One of the most popular courses I do for cycling clubs deals with helping members stay focused and motivated during the winter months. The course is 2 hours long and can take place on a weekday evening or a Saturday morning. The 2 hours is filled with case studies, practical exercises with a huge emphasis on motivation and FUN.
