The Confident Athlete is a 28-day mental fitness training system that kicks off with three hours of live training, through Zoom. This live session will provide you with all the tools you need, as well as a structured day by day training plan designed to help you develop supreme confidence.
The live training will be supported by the full online version of the system, so you will have access to all the exercises, techniques and skills, explained, and demonstrated for ease of use with PDF downloads, videos and Mp3 recordings to use at a time that suits you.
The 28 day plan is then wrapped up with a live streaming workshop where we can discuss the progress made and answer any other questions that the group may have.

In a lot of sport psychology programs or courses, you will find theories, concepts and psychobabble. You will also find a lot of those courses are really only tips and advice but don’t supply an actual training plan. This is not one of those courses. Instead, with this course my goal is to give you a plan that you can implement on a daily basis with your physical training plan.
I know The Confident Athlete training plan works because I have developed it and used it with all levels and all types of sports for over 20 years and the results have been amazing.
The athletes who get best results all have some things in common:
• They want to improve
• They apply the techniques and exercises
• They give feedback and if needed the program is adapted to suit
• They discover which exercises work best for them and they consistently practice them
If you want to get the best results I would suggest you do the same. Just like physical training plans, you need to decide to get better, do the workouts, give feedback and discover what exercises work for you, and consistently practice them.
During the live workshop I will go through each of the exercises provided. Each exercise will also be available online, either be text, video or Mp3 recordings.
Please bring a notebook and pen to the live workshop.
What you need to know before you start
As soon as you have signed up to complete this course, you have effectively hired me as your success coach, here are a couple of things you need to know.
1. I am relentless in the pursuit of helping people improve
When I work with my clients I am obsessed with making sure they get everything they need and more, from our time together. In order to help you achieve the success you want, I will not only be helping you through the exercises I provide, but will be aiming to reprogram your mind with the positive visualisation recordings. I am with you every step of the way so that when you go through the course you can still come back to the exercises and recordings online, when you want a boost of confidence throughout the year.
2. This program is different
Each section of this program is an accumulation of the thousands of hours working with people just like you – people who want to improve. It has taken a long time to chose which are the best exercises for this course and even longer to decide how I can condense them and make them easy to implement into a weekly plan. Each mind workout (daily exercise) is deliberately short and simple to use.
3. This course can be used for more than your sporting performance
Many of the exercises in this course are similar to the exercises I use to help clients improve their confidence in business and life. You have the opportunity to use these exercises to accomplish goals in more than your sport.
Don’t forget, you will also gain access to the online resource material, which includes PDF’s, Mp3 recordings and videos for a full year.
There are 2 main reasons why I believe this course should include athletes from different sports.
- Confidence is a skill that should be developed by all sports people, and one that all sports people will usually find issues with at some point.
- One of the biggest benefits I have heard from those who have attended my courses, is that they learned a huge amount from doing the practical exercises with those from other sports.
