A little about my cycling background:
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years and have a degree in Sport Science with some of my past work including the Australian Institute of Sport.
I am a cycling coach and a tutor with Cycling Ireland where I coach their coaches. My own passion for cycling is Ultra distance events and this year competed as part of an 8-person team that completed the Race Across America. I am also the owner and organiser of one of the worlds toughest cycle events, maybe you have heard of it or even taken part – The Race Around Ireland.
